Single room £ 25 per night*
Double room £ 46 per night
(these two rooms share shower, wash basin and toilet)
Double room with ensuite shower and toilet £ 55 per night

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once you have made a booking, we require written confirmation and a deposit of £20 to confirm this reservation.

In the case of a cancellation, please advise us immediately to give us the opportunity to re-let your room.
Your room will be ready for you from 4 pm. It would be appreciated if you could let us know your approximate time of arrival.

Rooms must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.

This is a NO-SMOKING house.
